1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the dewagg website, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all activities conducted through the dewagg platform, including access via desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any dedicated applications dewagg may make available.

2.3 If you are acting as an agent, representative, or proxy on behalf of another person, both you and that person shall be jointly and severally bound by these Terms. dewagg does not permit third-party account management; each Account must be operated solely by the registered Account holder.

2.4 dewagg reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of dewagg's Services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to open an Account or use any Service offered by dewagg. We strictly prohibit underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The dewagg platform primarily serves players located in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that your use of the Services is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using dewagg's Services complies with local law.

3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) dewagg Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds accumulated through multi-accounting.

3.4 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to use dewagg's Services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the dewagg platform;
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of dewagg or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members;
• Individuals accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by dewagg's compliance framework;
• Individuals who have been permanently banned from the platform for violations of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process. To use dewagg's Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated at all times.

4.2 Required Information. Registration requires, at minimum: a valid and unique email address; a secure password of your choosing; your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document; your date of birth; and your Indonesian bank account details or e-wallet information for payment processing (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. dewagg will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify dewagg immediately via live chat or email.

4.4 Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR.

4.5 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, dewagg requires Player s to complete identity verification (KYC). Verification documents may include:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport;
• A recent photograph holding your identity document (selfie with ID);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bank account or e-wallet account showing your name);
• Any additional documentation requested by dewagg's compliance team at its reasonable discretion.

4.6 dewagg reserves the right to suspend an Account pending KYC completion and to refuse withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily concluded. Any Account found to have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during KYC will be permanently terminated and all associated funds forfeited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

dewagg accepts deposits via the following local Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. dewagg does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account dashboard. dewagg reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed daily between 09:00 and 22:00 WIB. VIP-tier members are entitled to priority processing at all times during this window. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be approved:

• Successful completion of KYC identity verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance (Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal);
• The minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method must be satisfied;
• No active fraud investigation or account review is pending on your Account.

5.3 Fund Integrity

All funds deposited into dewagg Accounts are held in designated operational accounts segregated from dewagg's corporate funds. dewagg does not use Player funds for operational expenses. This segregation is maintained to ensure that Player balances remain protected and accessible for withdrawal at all times under normal operational conditions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 dewagg may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and seasonal promotions (including those tied to Indonesian cultural occasions such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and Ramadhan) from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in automatic forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts, alternate identities, or other deceptive means constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

6.4 dewagg's Discretion. dewagg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to refuse or revoke Bonus Funds where dewagg has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion has been abused or claimed in bad faith.

6.5 VIP Program. dewagg operates a tiered VIP loyalty program (Bronze through Diamond). VIP benefits — including enhanced cashback rates, dedicated account management, and priority withdrawal processing — are governed by the VIP Program Terms available within your Account dashboard. VIP tier status is determined at dewagg's discretion based on wagering activity and account standing.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on dewagg are subject to acceptance by the Platform. dewagg reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where odds have been published in error, where a market has been suspended, or where dewagg has reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation or abuse.

7.2 Odds and Markets. dewagg offers a range of betting markets including but not limited to: full-time result, Asian handicap (known locally as voor bola — a form of handicap betting widely used in Indonesia), mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections), over/under totals, first goalscorer, live in-play markets, and outright/tournament winner markets. Odds are subject to change before bet acceptance and are displayed at the time of placement.

7.3 Settled Bets. Once a bet has been accepted and the relevant event concluded, settlement is final. Bets will be settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body — for example, FIFA and AFC for international football, BRI Liga 1 organizers for Indonesian domestic football, and BWF for badminton events.

7.4 Voided Bets. A bet may be voided (and the stake returned) in circumstances including: event cancellation or abandonment without rescheduling within a defined period; obvious pricing errors; technical faults during live betting; or where market suspension was breached. Void rules specific to individual sports and game types are detailed in the Sport-Specific Rules section of your Account dashboard.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. dewagg applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type. These limits are displayed within the betting interface. Any winnings exceeding the maximum payout cap will be reduced to the applicable limit.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 dewagg is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe betting environment for all Players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their activity.

8.2 Available Tools. Players may access the following responsible gaming controls via their Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session durations with automatic logout;
• Loss Limits: Restrict maximum losses over a defined period;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and money wagered;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (30, 90, or 180 days) or permanently close your Account from gambling.

8.4 Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing or using dewagg's Services. If you are a parent or guardian and suspect a minor has accessed a dewagg Account, please contact our support team immediately so that the account can be closed and any deposits refunded where applicable.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dewagg platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, forged, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with dewagg;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in dewagg's systems — any such discovery must be reported to support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials through the dewagg platform;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without first contacting dewagg's support team to resolve a disputed transaction;
• Any conduct intended to defraud dewagg, other players, or any third party connected with the Platform's operations;
• Bonus abuse — the systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated wagering patterns designed to extract value without genuine play intent.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 dewagg's Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and service quality, dewagg makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dewagg shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the dewagg platform;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity resulting from service outages, technical faults, or communication failures beyond dewagg's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data published on the platform that contains typographical or computational errors;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, banks, or e-wallet operators that result in delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits dewagg's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 dewagg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 dewagg may share Player data with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required by law, by our licensing obligations, or where necessary to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your dewagg Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12.2 Termination by dewagg. dewagg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account with or without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false information; fraudulent or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; or where dewagg is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for cause, dewagg reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance attributable to prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, fraud, or Terms violation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the verified payment method on file following completion of any outstanding compliance review.

13 Governing Law

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewagg holds its operating license, as updated from time to time. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with dewagg's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

13.2 Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence where those provisions cannot be contractually excluded.

14 Amendments

14.1 dewagg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the dewagg platform prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 Your continued use of dewagg's Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1 above.

14.3 The version date displayed in the page header indicates when these Terms were most recently updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms governing your use of dewagg.
